   as Vice President-Cement and Green Solution Business, Cement-Building Materials Business

the Effective Date of January 1, 2024

1. Mr. Thammasak Sethaudom
   as President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), SCG and President, Cementhai Holding Company Limited
2. Mr. Wiroat Rattanachaisit
   as President, SCG Smart Living Business and President, SCG Distribution and Retail Business
3. Mr. Surachai Nimlaor
   as President, SCG Cement and Green Solution Business
4. Mr. Paramate Nisagornsen
   as Vice President-Corporate Administration, SCG

The 4 Executives list below will be retired from their offices with effective on January 1, 2024:
