Autodesk Revit collaborated with CPAC BIM for the first ASEAN officially launch of the User Interface (UI) in Thai language version, based on the User Experience (UX) developed by Thai. This will accommodate Thai BIM modelers and enhance Building Information Modeling (BIM) with more accurate and effective design. The full version of Thai Pack for Revit® 2021 Version will be now, with a confidence that it would expand the user base and it will be a pride of Thais.
Weerakorn Saithep CPAC BIM Director, The Concrete Products and Aggregate Co., Ltd. (CPAC), revealed that “Autodesk Revit is the process workflow prototype incorporating BIM, the most popular technology among national and international users. With BIM Technology, the software will precisely create a virtual building model which allows more effective analysis and monitor during multi-design processes than the manually designed one. The ‘Thai Pack for Revit® 2021 Version’ is the ‘Software Revit’ which has Thai UX/UI as an add-on for the existing Revit license users without any charge. Thanks to the efforts from Thai BIM Community and Official Autodesk partners, we could translate and revise UX/UI in Thai. We also incorporated with the BIM objects which are actual available in Thai market from the leading suppliers in Thailand. These objects are under ‘Tools’ and they cover all product categories for the design from the leading brands such as SCG, COTTO, CPAC, Tiger brand, L&E, JARTON, Nippon Paint, RTB, Ngernma, HAFELE, WINSOR, Mitsubishi Electric, EMINENT, Vanachai, Modernform, Prestige Paving, and STIEBEL ELTRON. The first Thai Pack for Revit® 2021 Version is the software version 2021 which has Thai translation only for the main functions. We will launch the completed Thai version in the further versions. Thai Pack for Revit® 2021 Version is available now. This is the first time for BIM developed by Thai for Thai users. The collaboration is truly the pride of our nation.”

Thai Pack for Revit® 2021 Version is planned to welcome all feedback from various channels to improve and develop language add-on for a better experience in the future.
