Using Safe Raw Materials and Components Without Harmful Substances This includes ensuring safety for users and residents through measures such as eliminating asbestos minerals in all products, removing harmful Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) components, and adding anti-slip coatings for flooring products.
4. Systematic Environmental Standards Certification
- In 2025, more than 80% of SCG Smart Living products received Carbon Footprint of Product (CFP) certification from the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (TGO), complying with the Climate Change Act guidelines
- Promoting fiber cement, decorative materials, and thermal/acoustic insulation products to receive Environmental Product Declaration (EPD International) certification to meet international market demands for environmentally friendly products
5. Long-term Planning Focusing on designing and developing construction materials and building systems with lower carbon emissions, such as construction materials incorporating low-carbon materials like plantation wood, or Prefabrication construction systems using low-carbon materials to reduce carbon emissions in the entire construction system while enhancing long-term living quality.

The “SCG Green Choice” label symbolizes environmental friendliness and health benefits of products and solutions within SCG’s business operations, certified under ISO14021 standards. Key features include:
- Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption
