Q-CHANG, a comprehensive home service platform connecting quality technicians, hosted the grand “I AM Q-CHANG 2024” event to strengthen relationships with their platform technicians and build awareness of shared goals for continuous growth. Following Q-CHANG’s mission to be a strong backup for their technical team to make “everyday life easier,” this year Q-CHANG also provided educational scholarships to children of dedicated technicians to support knowledge and skill development, aiming to create educational opportunities and enhance future security for technicians’ families.
The “I AM Q-CHANG FAIR 2024” event was held last November, with over 700 technicians and housekeepers attending. The event was packed with activities focused on building relationships and creating awareness of shared goals, reinforcing the strength of their national technician network. Notable activities included the annual outstanding technician awards or “Hero Technicians,” where Q-CHANG presented honorary jerseys and certificates to technicians with excellent performance who helped Q-CHANG achieve its objectives and grow continuously over the past 6 years. Currently, they have over 300,000 users and have generated cumulative sales exceeding 1.2 billion baht.
Additionally, at the event, Q-CHANG awarded 9 scholarships covering primary to university education to technicians’ children through the “Young Q-CHANG” project. This initiative supports the education of technicians’ youth, aligning with Q-CHANG’s intention to provide various welfare benefits to generate income, create stability, and build confidence among service providers on the Q-CHANG platform. The goal is to enable technicians to work confidently and efficiently, making everyday life easier, with Q-CHANG ready to back up technicians and housekeepers in all situations.
Q-CHANG hopes that the “I AM Q-CHANG” event will help foster strong and sustainable relationships between the company and expert technicians nationwide. This event represents an effective way to improve technicians’ quality of life and provides an important opportunity to promote essential skills development in the current era, including Soft Skills, Hard Skills, and Business Skills, to meet the needs of quality technicians in a rapidly changing work environment and fully address current industry demands.
