“CPAC Green Solution” has partnered with DEESAWAT and Jacob Jensen Design | KMUTT Bangkok to present “MODULE TABLE,” a furniture set formed from concrete incorporating CPAC 3D Printing Solution and teak wood. The furniture set was on display at APEC 2022 THAILAND at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation or APEC 2022 THAILAND at Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld from 20 to 22 May 2022. The collaborative effort showcases innovation and design with sustainability in mind, based on the BCG (Bio-Circular-Green Economy) principle and the circular economy incorporated into product and furniture design to achieve resource usage efficiency.
“MODULE TABLE” was designed with a focus on the furniture’s durability, and it makes use of long-lasting materials like cement and teak wood to prolong the product’s life. In addition, it incorporates CPAC 3D Printing Solution to form the furniture, allowing it to execute fast and accurately and be independently made with the ability to be disassembled and adapted based on the application type and space. This is a significant step forward for the furniture industry in enhancing the design with environmental concerns. It can be utilized in a range of applications while reducing waste from production, resulting in the efficient use of resources and selection of long-lasting materials. This can help establish confidence in Thai products in the global market, which can help Thailand expand and provide an economic value for Thailand in the emerging economies.
